1. Copyright. The entire contents of this disk and the compilation of the Software are copyrighted and protected by both United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Do not use the program if you do not want to follow its Licensing Agreement. None of the material on this disk, or portions of material, may ever be distributed, in original or modified form, for commercial purposes.
2. Other Restrictions. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may transfer the Software and user documentation on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent that the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. If the Software is an update or has been updated, any transfer must include the most recent update and all prior versions. The programs have their own use permissions and limitations. These limitations are contained in the license agreement that is on the software disk. By opening the package, which contains the software disk, you will be agreeing to abide by the licenses and restrictions for the programs. Do not open the software package, or install this software unless you agree to be bound by its license agreement.
3. No Other Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lexun Freeware and the author disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software, the programs, and the source code. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.
4. No Liability For Consequential Damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lexun Freeware or the author be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Lexun Freeware has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
5. U.S. Government Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure of the Software by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions stated in paragraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause of DFARS 252.227-7013, and in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19, and in similar clauses in the NASA FAR supplement, when applicable.
